How do I return an item? For returns, you can email us at info@salthyshop.com within 30 days after receiving the package. Please provide your full name, email, and reason for returning the item. Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

(Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.)

(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

If there is an error in my order?  Of this happening we offer our apologies as our focus is the satisfaction of all our customers, working every item with great importance, effort and love. Contact us at info@salthyshop.com to notify, it is important that you provide the order number to have a reference and an image via email with the error. Once the error is confirmed, Customer will sent the error product to us and the new product is sent to you at no additional cost.

Can I exchange an item that is damaged? Yes! We will gladly exchange your item if it’s damaged and doesn’t look used. 

Note Packages sent without prior contact customer service are not accepted.

How soon will my order arrive? Salthy uses international packet shipping services for all orders. It may last from 10-45  business days. For apparel, orders take from 7-30 business days to arrive after the order is shipped. All our T-Shirts and Hoodies are handmade for you, it takes 1-6 business days to produce. The time stipulated in the Shipping takes effect after the production days. The estimated shipping period of the order is 3-7 business days.

Note that international orders may delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

What payment methods are accepted? We accept all Credit Card Payments.
